First time I'm able to watch the drama series before it air on TV. SUDDEN. This is the 3rd Rui En'show of 2013 I'm watching. Well, she has been working non stop for years to maintain like 3 shows per year. Thank god she's having a break now. Well back to this show. New pairing for RE. She has quite good on screen chemistry with a few male leads. Like Piere Png in A Tale of Two Cities and The In-laws, Elvin Ng in By Your Side and The Dream Catchers, Shaun Chen in The Dream Makers and Alien Huang for Joys of Life. These are the few that I quite like. When I first heard this show is with Romeo, I really cannot figure out how they would look like together. But when some of the BTS shots came out, surprisingly, they look good! I don really like guys who doesn't shave their moustache/goatee. The only one I really liking is Tay Ping Hui in Unriddle 1&2. But now. I thought Romeo looks great keep it! It gives him a more mature look. And I love RE in this short hair! This pairing most likely wont have a happily ever after ending, but I'm just stuck in their sweetness and cuteness with Flapper the dog! Omg, can foresee that I'll be brawling my eyes out down the weeks.

School starts tmr.. Pinning the timetable at my work desk is like carrying a heavy boulder on my shoulders. 有被压得喘不过气的感觉 I really can't imagine myself making through this.. Here comes the nightmare, I ask for the strength to keep me going till the end.

I had ppl telling me straight in my face that my generation are a new breed of work force. We focus a lot on having work-life balance. I don't deny that fact because it has got to do with the environment we are brought up. Our era is a fast moving information period, technology evolved and brings about faster or more 'real time' information. And these things became accessible easily. With the invention of smartphones, the convenience levels brings up to a whole new stage. While it brings a whole lot of positives, the negatives do tag along. Whatsapp, email just make it even easier for bosses to assign you work even on a weekend. How great does that sounds? Some may argue that it is urgent, but think about it. If it was in the older days, nothing seem urgent. You can always do it on the coming Monday. So why is people getting more and more impatient and wants things to be done so quickly according to them? Does waiting that 2 days kills? I just feel being exploited because of these convenience. Work is never ending, if it does ends it means you are out of job dude. So why be so impatient and wanting people to complete work on weekends? Shouldn't it be use on more meaningful things like spending time with your loved ones or doing something that you like, non-work related, relax and enjoy. We are humans not robots. I'm here to work not selling my life to the job.

S.H.E 2GETHER 4EVER TAIWAN

Long overdue post on Taiwan trip. It's not the shortest but i must say it had been the craziest of all! 

Through a ring, an idol, a random KTV cum Christmas celebration, we met, we talk we became friends. It just click like a matching set of lock and key. If not for them, I wouldn't have imagine myself going all the way to Taiwan watching SHE concert. Don't get me wrong, it has always been my dream to catch their concert at Taiwan. But if there's no like-minded people, I doubt I would go alone. So thank you to them for helping me with this ;) I must say our first trip together is pretty good, lets do it again!

My fourth and fifth time seeing Rui En. Two times within a week! Okay, the first one at the party was the closest I ever get to her! I could have shake her hands or take a picture with her on stage but I just got blank the second I saw her. 

The next one was at L'oreal Paris roadshow. I totally have nothing to say about the atrium layout. Speechless cos being in the same industry, I couldn't fathom what exactly went through their mind. Were they afraid that Rui En couldn't have garner a strong crowd? Or perhaps it's just the Ka-Ching issues? 

She seems happier on Saturday! Laughing a lot which I like. Seriously, she looks prettier again! Omg, how can anyone get prettier and prettier? 

Well, I'm still out looking for my turn to take a picture with her! Hope all goes well for the filming in Tasmania next month!

This is like my third time seeing Rui En. By far, this is the closest I ever get to her. Partly because of the small area lah. It's kind of heart warming when I hear passerby stoppping because they want to see her. She's just super cute yesterday, laughing about ppl. Gonna see her again on 11 June and 15 June! Hopefully by then, I can have a picture with her :)

life is weird, i wonder what are ppl reactions when they experience smth that felt like a dream? would you prefer to continue in the dream, enjoy the moment or would you rather face up to it, it's either going to be dream-come-true or dream's over, wakey! i'm in the middle of one right now. it's really hard to explain and comprehend. the whole thing about this dream is you are clear of your own feelings but ain't a single clue about the other person. so you keep guessing, playing things down in your head to avoid getting hopes to high. and just when that happens, he says/do smth that raise your hopes again. so it fluctuates like a its on stock exchange.

omg..this sem of exams is really sucky. the pressure is damn high! i'm missing like half of the lectures and it doesn't help that lecturers dont give some hints. i mean they are not obliged to but hey, it doesnt kill right. dammit! i just want my freedom back~~!

 

        

Latest CD added into my collection. First, it caught my attention because Rui En wrote the lyrics for him! And it's 5 songs, I always like to read lyrics cos it shed some light to what the lyricist is thinking. Tried googling but 0 findings. Only manage to listen to the song on website and it just got stuck into my head. Yes, that song was written by Rui En <多一次機會> thinking of buying it on eBay, but again 0 results. Tried even qoo10.sg also 0 results. So I went to popular website and found it! Called the outlet at IMM and they manage have some stocks leftover! The person still double confirm with me cos this cd is 2-yr-old alrdy. Travel there in my killer heels, buy it, wanted to cab back but queue too long. Took bus, bus jam.. By the time I got home my toes are aching too.

First time attending SA, first time being at 'live' scene screaming for Rui En, first time watching her claiming the BA award for Unriddle 2 at live, hearing her thank-you speech, witnessing her being crowned! yes, there's lots of first time over here, but such first time experience can be better if the venue is a better one, the height is frightful! the screens available could be more or bigger cos you have ppl seating at 3rd level! I felt handicapped being at 'live' cos I cant see their expression,worse than sitting in front of the tv at home. the height also max out my 18x zoom camera, not many clear shots cos of the sensitivity and hands raising, I had to shoot in between waves. but nonetheless, SA13 is a good year for Rui En.

Grateful for whoever that thought of having CLP to present this award. Through this, many ppl, especially those who are not fans of Rui En, can see the other side of her. the smiley one, the playful one, the one that is not the usual ice-queen, black-faced, anti-social Rui En.

And I can remember how my heart raced at that few mins. Usually you can hear rbkd screaming but this video, if you realise at the end when the winner is about to be announce, you don't hear them. that's because, although we have given our best and all in voting but the competition is stiff and I only have 50% confidence. But well, they did it again! Rui En bagged her 3rd Favourite Female Character straight for 3 years! we have made another miracle!

its been  a long time since last visit to ECP. First time going there with colleagues, cycle from ECP to changi village hawker centre. it was tiring and hot! the bicycle wasn't that good to ride too. but we certainly had fun!

Came across this video again! actually when i first saw it,i couldnt recognise Xiao Gui and Rui En. i only saw Chew Chor Meng and truthfully, i dont like it. Cos i thought it was irritating, keep playing on tv. And i dont even know what show is this, when its airing and who acted in it. it was only aft i was hooked onto the show then in the final episode, i realise this! so share this here to keep the fond memories:)

人生因梦想而灿烂

My dream is to watch their Taiwan concert once. It sounds easy but it's not. Before 2010, i thought the only obstacle is me being too young to travel on my own, all i have to do is grow up safely, get a job, save up for the trip. That's it.

Going through 2010, it made me realise, there's more than that. Plenty of unforeseen circumstances that no one can control. What if they decides to get marry and thereafter disband, what if Selina didn't survive the freak accident, what if her recovery is not smooth, plenty of what ifs.. Her accident made me realise we got to cherish those things that we took for granted all these while. Like, every year they will release an album, or every now and then i get to see them on tv. Hence, this concert is really a gift from heaven. Thank goodness Selina is making smooth recovery, although it's a long process.

Okay, since now i have the money and the maturity to travel plus they are going to have a concert, it is still considered a dream because no one can guarantee you will be able to get a ticket to their concert! The network is congested for whole of 330 afternoon, none of us can make a successful transaction.

Well, now we still manage to go in the end, choosing the more expensive method. Come on! count down to June!

Well well, new slogan in town, "whatever"

Yea, it start aft a pre-appraisal meeting. Talk about grooming being part of KPI, choosing friends and beware of bad influences. Okay, my dad don't print money, my salary isn't that much, u think I can afford to buy many pretty dresses? And I don't like dresses in the first place, not exactly a fan of them. The last part is seriously ridiculous, do I look like a 3-year-old kid? And by the way, can u tell me who is the bad influence? And more ridiculous thing happens, to know that your superior bad mouth u in front of other colleague! Woah. What a nice example is that?
I didn't turn bad, I just learnt how to protect myself from BAD ppl.

I realise I'm a very detailed person.. As in spotting the tiniest details. While watching clif 2, I notice a lot of things, like they film scenes at Millennium Walk, Jcube, Mandarin Gallery, #zhijie's parents travel agency is actually using Dynasty travel @ opposite Clarke Quay central, last episode, Ruien wore another pair of shoes (shld be casual sneakers) to film the running part in hospital, #zhijie's house is probably in the east (either east coast or changi, cos only there the aeroplane sounds are super loud), somewhere in the last few episode, Ruien's hair suddenly dyed dark brown, or how her hair is straight at work and curled at home or off duty.

In tales of 2 cities, Ruien had a scene in Liang Court's toilet! Omg! I'm like a stalker sia... Haha! Well, that's how I watched show. First time is about the story, then a few more times, I'll end up picking up some funny details.

It's the same with SHE. like suddenly oh, they have their own engraved mic in diff color, or who suddenly have a ring, which finger, had the ring been wore before or new one. If only, my mind operates the same for study. I would have been a scholar...

There's always a time limit to things.. Just that time seem to pass faster for the good things

Believe it or not, they are here! who? SHE of course!!! last week it was rumoured, yesterday it was confirmed and without hestitaion, i bought the ticket from a friend. i have to admit, cos of the lack of news, i bought the ticket to try my luck, yea, trying luck with $120 bucks is some big deal! so 6 of us, snap up the remaining tickets and pack ourselves to RWS! it was until we got in, saw the poster board then it dawned upon us that this whole thing is R.E.A.L it's like a dream came true. What i have been waiting for, the 3 of them performing, is actually going to happen. so SHE came, SHE sang and WE scream!

Okay.. I tried to refrain from reading the spoiler but well, couldn't hold it.. Guess it isn't any thing bad cos I would definitely watch it on TV anyway :) the spoiler is really brief and it doesn't satisfy me so I guess still have to hold onto Saturday for the preview ;) Huang Zhijie jiayou!!
