Customer Feedback i don't know how it works for huge companies like Starhub
Well, i submitted an email feedback in Aug, about 2weeks before the start of EPL.

"Hi, i'm enquiring on behalf of my parents. We would like to terminate our subscription of the Starhub Cable TV. Could you please advise on procedures of doing so. Alternatively, you may want to include this procedure on your web page because it is time consuming to call 1633 and be put on hold for 20mins w/o any officer attending to me and eventually i had to hang up. Thanks"

i didn't sound to polite in my mail because my patience is depleting every minute i'm put on hold @1633
fyi, i didn't wait for a reply, i proceed to return the stuffs the following week. Just now when i check my mail, i saw their reply to my feedback dated 22nd September 2010. Woah, it's more than a month.

日冲，don't think there is such word, haha! ystd is daylight activity day, went cycling with mj at east coast park. meet at 2plus. rented for 3hrs, from ECP we cycled to changi beach. on the way, pass by sce 3 camp site and the airport runway, 边骑边听To Hebe. to and fro i think almost reach 30km. 脚超酸，屁股超痛

夜冲，it's not a word i invented. heard it's commonly used in taiwan by uni undergrads. it just means driving out at night with a grp of friends,chilling out. thats what i've doing quite often. esp since sh got a license and a car, we could just hit the road head to somewhere, find a place to chill, be it the tau huay stall or coffee club in town.

western reunion dinner @ Marche,Vivo. we had one corner all to ourselves cos we're a big group. 14ppl. Rosti is super big serving i cant finish it:P aft dinner, the next destination was supposed to be Henderson Wave but one of the car(kia) broke down @Mt Faber. so we went to look for them, its freaky to go Mt Faber at night. sat at the roadside to wait for the car rental company person to arrive. so we celebrated our start of holiday in this cool manner!

没有新专辑听的一年但不是很boring. 年头看Yoga的演唱会，参加电视台录影(SHE),FM SHE的签唱会.看到Kobe bryant,去金曲奖high翻天还有爱的三温暖签书会！虽然没有专辑但是能看到偶像很不错

2010

今年，延续2009的疯狂！ 打头阵是SHERO,跨时代. 然后是爱而为一演唱会，舞法舞天3D演唱会，周杰伦跨时代4D演唱会。欣赏完演唱会下半年就是田馥甄的然后等她来新加坡。哦my天！ 这一年还没过完就已经这么精彩！

早上起来第一件事就是冲去gramophone拿我的

惊喜一：包装 这次的包装真是太特别了，拆的时候很小心怕把它弄坏
惊喜二：交心卡，没想到新加坡也有，就是说田馥甄会来，噢也！
惊喜三四五六七八九十。。。。：里面的10.5 首歌，哦我的天！ 真的很好听，爱不释'耳'了

bad habit, my bad habit is sleeping late and wake up late. tonight must sleep early so that i can wake up for exams tml.

tml 9/3 can but , pls let there be no shipment delay, stock delivery delay or whatsoever delay. i really really want to listen to the album tml.

田馥甄的To Hebe已经听到了Love和寂寞寂寞就好两首歌 前几天有多3首50s的歌出来
虽然只有短短50s但我还是控制自己不去听 我要在9/3那天有惊喜去细细品尝着等了两年的专辑
